Sandrine, consultant teamlead, tells her story about how we live our values.

Today, our boss Karoline Fievez drove all across Belgium to bring us, lucky team members, St Niklaas’ chocolates ! She demonstrated that our motto “it’s all about people” is not just a tagline. At team2lead , we do care about people we interact with everyday : clients, colleagues, teams, all these great human beings who are the ones we are so grateful to work for. I am so proud to work for a company led by a person who walks the talk, giving me the opportunity to do what I am meant for : people management !
