After years of proudly and successfully leading her team alone, Karoline Fievez welcomes Frédéric Devroye as her business partner.

Since its establishment in 2017, team2lead has built up a notable team of trustworthy experts and an admirable honors list of satisfied clients, working together in numerous projects.
A success story without a doubt but still, Karoline felt the need for change. “There’s only so much that I can achieve by managing team2lead alone”, she explains, welcoming Frédéric Devroye.
With projects in management for names like Proximus, Eggo kitchens, and VOO media solutions, his own company MyQM for quality management solutions, and years of collaboration with team2lead, Frédéric will bring over 20 years of customer experience to the table.
“Ever since our first collaboration almost 10 years ago, Frédéric has proven to be the perfect sparring partner for all my business ideas”, rejoices Karoline. “Together we can brainstorm, which has proven to be necessary in changing times. With this new wind, team2lead is ready to grow to its full potential.”
