We dare to shift responsibilities to the appropriate team members, and challenge them to come up with their own solutions. With the motivation of our team being of the utmost importance, this workshop was incredibly helpful. Logically, we already try to have a positive approach to every evaluation, conversation and conflict, but Annick’s lessons gave us the right questions to work with instead of – or in addition to – leading the conversation based on our gut feeling.
Correct communication and positive coaching can facilitate growth. As a team, as a team member, as a coach, and as a department. By applying the right techniques, we ensure that each and every one feels valued in the conversation, as well as in the team. Because as you know, it’s all about people.
