After Summer Event 2022

After Summer Event team2lead,

The event became an instant ‘classic’ ; our team2lead’s yearly After Summer Event where we invest extra time to be connected, share insights, exchange case studies, and learn from each other’s experiences.
This year our journey took us to the Voer-region; a hidden gemstone providing us the perfect location to look back on what we build over the past years, reflect on our current status and define our journey ahead as a team.
As a team, you can only achieve your goal via clear communication and access to the right support (tools, training,…).
And as images speak so much louder than only words we used the golden combination as much as possible. Not without reason we’ve chosen a suitcase to symbolize our journey together; a symbol already in the invite and of course in the giveaway.
To reach your goal, your destination, you follow a path, and ‘en route’ it are the people you meet, your fellow travelers, who make the difference and co-define the interaction and dynamics.
Happy faces, smiling eyes, much laughter, lots to exchange, and a critical note…it was a part of the event in a well-balanced fashion.
It was also the perfect opportunity to warmly welcome our newest team members in our midst ensuring they feel part of our team.
Our credo ‘it’s all about people’ proves itself over and over again, it’s part of our DNA.
The beautiful scenery formed the perfect setting for our workshop on “personal and team leadership”.
Veerle Pappaert in her original style was our well-appointed guide who at the end of the workshop invited us to step out of our comfort zone and visualize by painting as well as evocate what every one of us, as team lead, can further add to team2lead.
The result was magnificent: unique paintings by our team leaders who form a unique canvas themselves or in a catchphrase: it takes unique pieces to form a piece unique…
Our team also carries special talents in their suitcase; not always visible from the outside but enriching when unpacked.
So did Frederik take the initiative to lead us in a yoga session at sunrise, on the greens, awakening body and mind in connection with nature.
After an extended breakfast and many stories later, it was a happy, warm and contented team going home. With already in mind what our next edition will bring…
